All the equipment is modern and new. Everything is clean. The people are respectful. Everyone seems to wipe down machines when they're done. The cloud massage chairs are a wonderful way for me to reward myself for a workout. It smells good in there. The air circulates well, and I always feel a cool breeze. It just has a nice vibe. The front counter people greet me when I arrive and say goodbye when I leave.

The high quality facilities, cleanliness, convenience, and availability of equipment. I no longer feel that I have to worry about finding an open machine most of the time when I am lifting thanks to the lift lab and abundance of great equipment out on the floor.

Experience is great, staff are friendly. Dumbells there needs to be more. For example there are only one set of 12.5lb dumbells. One person's grabs them and you are left waiting.

Love love this gym! I would highly recommend it to friends and family. I love the energy, everyone is always so friendly, there are enough equipments to use. Some suggestions I would like to address are, often times I find it hard to use the recovery chairs in the recovery room, and often times there is no soap in the girls locker room. I would also love to see some variations in flavors at the smoothie bar, perhaps some seasonal flavors? Overall I am really enjoying working out here.
