Even though I give you a 9, I must say that my current experience at San Bernardino Chuze is not as good as it was when I first joined them at their grand opening, years ago (before COVID). It seems that more machines are having "Pulled a Hamstring" moments and the number of problems in the men's bathroom are more in the last 3 months than probably the first 3 years I was at Chuze San Bernardino -- cold showers, low flow showers, multiple toilets out of service, one urinal has been down for over a month. I see the maintenance guy doing all he can, so maybe the problems are higher on the food chain and deal with willingness to spend the money to fix things correctly the first time.
It’s clean and organized. No joke - this takes it above more “premium” gyms. Could use a sauna that gets hotter though. It’s why I still have a membership to 24 hour.
Would really be helpful if there was a second location in San Bernardino as the one on Highland and Del Rosa Avenue gets too full. Hard to use machines when it's very busy. A second location in San Bernardino is very much needed.
This facility is amazing, and the gym representatives are incredibly polite and helpful. The place is always clean, and they always have wipes stocked, which is a huge plus! If I had one request, it would be that the dance room/studio would be kept open until closing time. It would be perfect for meditation.
