I love the defined circuit that allows me to just workout and follow it without too much thought. I also like the atmosphere and the people working there are the best, all very freindly and make the experience of going to work out enjoyable. They keep the gym, restrooms and pool/spa area very clean and the equipment in top shape. It is just a great gym, probably the nicest I have been to.

At the beginning, I enjoyed the manager that was there and all the systems that she put in place to make it a welcoming place. She made an effort to get to know me and make me feel comfortable, welcomed, and important. Once she left, it just didn’t feel the same and I wasn’t even sure who was the manager anymore. It was evident that the new manager wasn’t around as often and/or had other priorities because the staff became very “clicky” and not as respectful, responsive and caring as before.

The kids club is a great benefit. I wish they would bring back the team in training group class. That class was the whol reason I signed up for the gym in the first place. The other locations that offer it are too far away from me.

The San Bernardino Chuze gym is one of the best gyms around the area. My favorite thing about the SB gym is that the vast majority of equipment is maintained and not broken. I've been to other gyms and they always have a few machines not available to use, so it's nice to see that this gym is pretty exceptional in the equipment department. Other than that, place is always clean, no crazy smells, air conditioning works, fans work, employees are always available to help (and are very nice), and nothing crazy has happened since I've been coming here for over a year. The only gripe I really have is that some of the detachable handles/bars/carabiners either go missing or are placed somewhere and not returned. I'm sure it's not the fault of the employees.

Chuze fitness ist just a gym for me-yes I get a work out in but the amenities are superb! Pool, movie room, hydro massage and zero gravity chairs, the sauna and steam room, jacuzzi and tan beds alone are worth the membership.
