I love how Chuze is unlike every other place I’ve ever worked for. I believe that work should be enjoyable and that’s exactly what Chuze is for me. I’ve connected with so many members/coworkers and have made so many great friends and connections here. Plus, I just love the positive atmosphere. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and that’s what separates Chuze from so many other jobs out there. I’m able to be myself and that’s very important to me. I love being surrounded by so many accepting, caring, and hardworking people every day. This environment motivates me to do better not only at work but outside of work as well. There’s a lot more positive things I can say but bottom line is that Chuze is the best job I’ve had so far.

Geeeze, where do I begin? There are so many reasons why I like/loving working for Chuze, but here area a few reason...I love the Chuze culture, the unity, the friendliness, the willingness to make change and grow. I love that no matter what position you hold, you're treated with respect and are welcomed to the Chuze family with open arms. I love that I am given the freedom to grow as a person, as a fellow Chuzer which has helped me further my career at Chuze. I love that no two days are ever the same and everyday is an exciting day. I love that when we're faced with a challenge, WE all go through it together. I've never worked for a company that not only allows me to make a mistake and learn from my mistakes, but truly cares about me and encourages me every step of the way. Chuze really cares about the employee's well being and future, whether it be with Chuze or elsewhere. I am and always will be forever grateful to Chuze for taking a chance on me and allowing me to grow and become the person I am today. My family and I extremely blessed to be here... !

Chuze is a great member-friendly and employee-friendly company. I recommend membership there to people looking for a new fitness place often because the membership prices are affordable, the locations are clean, conveniently located, have a variety of amenities, and a friendly and helpful staff. The management is considerate, knowledgeable and works with you if you have any issues or need any coverages. Chuze always gives advance notice of any changes or happenings at the clubs. I highly recommend Chuze Fitness to potential employees and members alike. I really love working at Chuze.

Working in the Kids Club is a good fit for me since I love kids, and it's a short shift to keep it from being too exhausting. The people are amazing too, always having the best attitudes and a lot of fun. And my manager is just awesome: she always makes sure we aren't overwhelmed with kids or cleaning on shift, she truly listens to our scheduling needs, and she takes the time to get to know us as people and make sure we're happy with our job.

I love the support & encouragement from the GX managers! I feel like I can grow as a fitness instructor and that my opinions and ideas are heard. As a GX Instructor with Chuze, one of the things I value is the constant feedback and communication from our management & support staff! Every employee at the clubs welcomes me and the vibe is always positive!

When I was laid off from my old job, I was surprised that Chuze was able to stay open. Their reasoning was that exercise is an essential service. Every day they prove that they are more than an exercise facility. I love working here because this is a community center, a health center, and a place of growth for both the members and the staff. I dont think any other workplace can boast about actively encouraging these geninune interactions the way that Chuze does.
The other thing is the growth opportunities for Team Members. I can definitely say that everyone who has worked here has definitely improved some part of themselves. I love how much my leaders from every level pour into me and I don't think I would recognize myself when I first hired in.

Coaches treated with respect. Our input is considered and not treated as insignificant. The free CEs on chuze connect is very much appreciated. (It's one of the many reasons I have remained at Chuze). I don't know about other supervisors, but mine is very respectful and supportive towards me and I appreciate that.
