I really like almost everything about Chuze! The gym is always clean, and the front desk staff are super friendly and welcoming. I do have a couple of suggestions and concerns I'd like to share: Parking: I’ve noticed that the spots reserved for clean air vehicles are often taken by cars that don’t seem to qualify. It would be great if that could be monitored more closely. Saunas: It would be helpful if there were a way to see how many people are inside the sauna rooms—maybe a small occupancy display—so members don’t have to keep peeking in awkwardly. I do really like that there’s no time limit for sauna use, since sometimes I like to stay in there a bit longer. Comfort & Safety: This is a tough one, but I feel like it’s important to mention. On multiple occasions, while using the treadmills, I’ve noticed some men with their phones out in ways that make it seem like they might be recording. A few times, I’ve seen them clearly angle their phones in my direction while I’m running, and it makes me feel really uncomfortable. As a woman, I want to feel safe and confident in what I wear and how I work out—without feeling like I need to cover up because someone might be watching or filming me. I’m not sure what Chuze can do about this, or if there’s a way to report it, but it’s been a repeated concern for me. Aside from that, I truly think Chuze is a great gym and I appreciate the overall experience. Thank you for providing such a welcoming space!

I like the team training classes and how the gym emphasize cleanliness by providing the sanitizing wipes in many areas. However, I’m disappointed that the TT classes are now only offered at 9:00 am Monday thru Thursday. It’s hard for me to go that late therefore I only attend the Friday and Saturday 8:00 classes.

People with the MAX pass should have early access to the gym .. it’s really frustrating trying to work out and you have a lot of people standing around talking wasting Space. I also think that people with MAX truly love the gym Also if on weekends open a little later 8 is too early. I am a RN I work 12 hour shifts. and technically I can’t work out Saturday and Sunday because you open ay 6am -8pm
