I really love how everybody greets you when you arrive and when you leave, I also like the customer service when I order my peanut butter cup light, everyone is always so nice and so polite to make it. I really enjoyed that it’s not overcrowded and I love that it’s really clean Specially the bathrooms and I like that there’s wipes all around.

Clean facilities is most important. Friendly staff. I like that bag/packs are not allowed in the equipment areas. I like that their amenities like the Sauna and Steam room, IR sauna, recovery chairs, and theater are in working condition as those items make up a big reason for why I choose Chuze.

I like the studio classes . The facility is clean except people are leaving some trash inside the shower stalls. May put some signs up to remind people to take all trash out at all times . I would also prefer to have one chair or bench inside the disabled shower stall in the dry area for people to sit down when we put on our clothes , this will prevent us from falling . This is a risk management strategy. Thank you for understanding our needs . [NAME REMOVED]
