LOVE that the gym is kept in immaculate condition! I see staff members cleaning all the time and came to this gym from Vasa because that place was disgusting. I also love the positive attitude everyone has, how well-maintained the facility and equipment are. There is almost never anything out of order and when it does happen, its extremely short-lived.

Chuze has been great compared to other big box gyms. The equipment is clean and in working condition, it generally isn’t so busy that you can’t complete your workout, the staff is always friendly and the other gym goers are generally kind and mind their own business. The only complaint I have, which this happens at all gyms, is groups of 3 or more congregating at a machine for long periods of time. Overall I’m happy at Chuze and would recommend.

Ample equipment to use. I haven’t had to wait to get a bench even once in my months of going. Also, very clean facility. The employees work very diligently to keep everything well maintained and not gross.

The employees are all very professional. The gym is very clean. All the machines are running smoothly and if not they are tagged. I like the point system. I do have to say it is very annoying for people to be on a machine and do a set and get on their phones and stay there for over 10 minutes scrolling on the phone and not moving. They occupy the machine for 20 minutes or so either scrolling or yacking. If there’s 2 people together then they occupy 2 machines. The women are the worst. Look around the gym and you’ll see over 70 % are on their phones.
