Only reason I wouldn’t recommend is I don’t want it more crowded than it is! :-) I newly joined and enjoy the classes and ability to reserve on the app. Maybe have the ability to rate instructors bc some are just fantastic and enjoy their classes

I went to the Winrock location because my normal one had their pool closed for cleaning. The manager and people there were very friendly and helpful. Gabriella taught the Aqua fit class and was fabulous!!!

We like the size of it but the theater is always too hot, I’ve commented about it several times and no changes made. They can add floor fans or just keep it cooler like other gyms, just a suggestion.Maybe I’ll go back in the winter..

I took a water class on Saturday morning. The pool area was wonderful and Gabriela, the instructor, is great. The staff working the front desk were super friendly. Facility was clean.

No real complaints. Plenty of machines, lots of space, and a pool. Love the pools. Couple of suggestions about the pool area. 1. The whirlpool is always full of soap suds. maybe that's inevitable but I've utilized a lot of hot tub/whirlpools in various facilities over the decades and it doesn't have to be this sudsy all the time. Maybe it's a never ending battle, and you got people getting into the whirlpool with soapy clothes and it's inevitable but doesn't make it less annoying. 2. Men's locker room swim suit spinner. This would be a huge addition; a spinning machine that allows you to spin out the water in your water soaked swim trunks. But overall, am quite happy with Winrock Chuze.
