Cindy was the absolute BEST REALTOR!!! She was so patient - stuck with me for FOUR YEARS until I found my dream home, and when we did, her offer strategy was perfect and landed me the house. Cindy was always cheerful and gave it to me straight - didn't try to steer me towards just any house, but let me know if there were things that might not be what I was looking for. I will always be grateful for her cheerfulness, persistence and patience with me. I love Cindy!!

Cindy always explained each step patiently and thoroughly. I knew I could ask her any question, no matter how small or how often I had asked it before! Her guidance was essential in choosing between multiple offers. She didn't tell me what to do. Instead, she showed me the real differences between the offers. The result: one very happy seller!

She recommended reasonable and practical improvements to the home before listing. Another realtor suggested remodeling a bathroom and other things that would be costly, time consuming, and possibly not entice more potential buyers. Also, she priced the house well and we sold quickly.
