Cindy was the absolute BEST REALTOR!!! She was so patient - stuck with me for FOUR YEARS until I found my dream home, and when we did, her offer strategy was perfect and landed me the house. Cindy always explained each step patiently and thoroughly. I knew I could ask her any question, no matter how small or how often I had asked it before! Her guidance was essential in choosing between multiple offers. She didn't tell me what to do. Instead, she showed me the real differences between the offers. The result: one very happy seller!
