I went to buy a bicycle for my 11-year-old daughter, and Luis assisted me; he helped us find the perfect bike for our needs. The manager, David, also provided incredible service and dedication. Honestly, I am very satisfied with the purchase; both men were friendly and courteous, and they made us feel right at home. In short, everything was excellent—I highly recommend them. I've been into this location a few times. Each time the staff has been very friendly and seem genuine in making your experience great. I tend to ask repetitive questions and I appreciate the patience given and time taken to explain and demonstrate the answers to my questions/needs. Excellent customer service.
