All the relevant information about the bikes we were interested in. The attention to detail before we picked it up. The attention paid to my grandson, regarding how to use the features of the bike. The sale price was an added bonus, too.

I am from 8 states away, but I found a specific water cage they had. Phoned them up and confirmed the product, paid for it and they mailed straight away to me. Even chatted briefly about other bikes. 10/10!

I was first attracted by the lower price point of the Trek bikes. Before I even visited the shop, Peter called to confirm my purchase and to understand my needs. Having visited the shop, I can’t say enough about the customer service….it was outstanding! Nate was concerned that the seat was too high and went to great lengths to customize it for me. Peter also greeted and assisted me. Honestly, I was going to send a note independently to thank you and was glad to be sent this form so I can express my gratitude. I love my bike and am very pleased I made the purchase from City Cycle.

Intake process was easy, friendly, transparent, and informative. The work was completed in the timeframe estimated. Communication was good. These of course are the basic metrics. It should also be noted that these folks truly care about their craft(s); It’s personal to them and you can see it. They have a passion for what they’re providing these communities and it shows in everything they do. Couldn’t be more satisfied with every interaction we’ve had to date with this team/family.

Great experience at City cycle. The staff went above and beyond helping my son find the right bike and were so patient and attentive with him. They even helped install the bike rack on my car before we left. Truly great customer service!

I'm so glad I came across this store / bike repair shop! With Nate's profession help and guidance, he led me through every step of the way, He suggested that certain items be replaced and work to be done to make the bike almost new! Nate gave me a complete and fair estimate and held to that cost. When the job was completed (on time) he called me for a pickup. Even though the store was extremely busy, Nate took the time to load up my granddaughter's 25th Birthday Gift,,,,,almost new bike that she and her boyfriend can train for the April 20th 'Boston Marathon'.
