I know they deal with a lot of high end bikes, but they took care of my grandson's very average bike and treated it as if it was one of the high end ones. It took a little longer than we planned on but they acknowledged it and said they were sorry and knew how much a bike out of commission mattered to a little boy. Very nice and professional people. I also watched how they treated other customers in the shop and on the phone and was very pleased to see how everyone was treated.
