The technician was very courteous and helpful. I think his name was Adam. He replaced the tire and tube on my grandson's bike and tightened up the brake lever and the seat. My grandson was riding the bike the same day and was very happy to be doing that! Thank you, [NAME REMOVED]

The staff is always very welcoming and attentive. They listen to your cycling needs so that they can fit you with the best product for your situation. I've bought two bikes there and have heartily recommended City Cycle to others. I wouldn't trust taking my bike anywhere else for tune-ups or any needed repairs.
