The staff was friendly and helped me find the items I was looking for with advice on getting just what I needed. My shopping experience was comfortable and efficient. Although I'm not a super serious bike rider with a big budget or looking for high end items, I didn't feel like I was a bother or not worth the time and effort. Thank you.
