I would highly recommend Cleveland Bike Shop Services.. Remember to call only in the afternoons & leave message on phone, because there's only 1 repair person there. Be patient, he will return the phone call. He took us in the basement to discuss our bikes, tons of bikes in for repair, PLUS he sells bikes, handles customers coming into store. But KNOWS his stuff with regards to bikes. We'll return again when we need to.. Thank you!
