Convenient, easy, staff. I accidentally scheduled parking for the wrong weekend. I didn’t realize until I pulled to the gate. The attendant helped me through getting in since it was prepaid by giving me a ticket to show on exit. On exit, the attendant wasn’t happy that the incoming attendant let me in and wanted me to pay again. I think she was upset because she had to login and change my reservation. I would just make sure everyone is on the same page.

I like that I can easily get in and out and book parking. I feel for the shuttle drivers since the switch to parking spot because it seems there are less shuttles in use. It’s not fair to them because I feel it likely impacts their tips from others. Maybe consider an additional shuttle during peak times so travelers aren’t waiting and drivers aren’t stressed out

Competitive price. Excellent friendly service. The free car wash and free water puts it over the top (because every other company gives reliable, friendly service too). When I use the Spot, I have no apprehension that I'm going to have to wait a long time to catch a shuttle.
