It is very simple to check in or out. You can do it without talking to anyone if that’s your choice. But the employees are so nice that you’ll want to talk to them.

Everything was great going to and coming back from airport. I would suggest the driver be a little more helpful with bags since they want a tip. Both of our drivers I tip well. Will use again in January.
