We both have bikes, and we want to take up touring next year. We came in for advice on equipment etc. and were met with very friendly, and helpful, staff who talked through our needs, and sourced the equipment. All delivered.
Only issue was that the workshop guy should have been a bit firmer with me about servicing my bike! It's 10 years old and has only had basic servicing - my fault not their's. However, that got sorted when they were fitting the parts, and the bikes look, and ride, great.

The team are friendly and know their stuff, and take time and care to find out just what you're looking for, whether it's a new bike or a just pair of gloves, and make recommendations from their knowledge and experience. Furthermore, these suggestions are not limited to what they have in the shop, but are sound advice from one cyclist to another, no matter whether you come into the shop as beginner or enthusiast. I first went to the shop to buy a new helmet. I didn't buy a helmet there, but had excellent advice onthe helmet I should try, and where to find it! Finding the right road bike took me a while, with a few false starts - the team were patient and supportive throughout. I've also bought some mountain bikes, with a lot of help and advice choosing - and these are absolutely brilliant. After-sales support has been excellent for all these. They're a great bunch - I feel have made some good friends there.

Just got out 6th? 7th? bike from you in as many years. As always, excellent advice and the perfect bike recommended for my young boy. We went out for the first time on it this afternoon and we were delighted. What we like about the service is that you took time (over an hour!) trying out different bikes and making sure we got the right bike. You didn't try to sell us the most expensive bike - you saw what my boy needed and found one that matched. You fitted it to his size and made sure he was right and safe on it. This is why we keep coming back - we always get the right bike.
