I love the Y. I visit daily to exercise and lift weights. Would it be possible to add another stair stepper at the Clippard location? It is occupied half the time I'd like to use it, and there is only one machine at this location.
I participate in water aerobics three times a week. This is an excellent form of exercise for me. At times the classes are “over crowded”. Which should not happen with the sign in method.
What I like about the programs out at the clippard YMCA is the knowledge that the staff has about the different programs and how they're able to help people be better physically mentally and spiritually.
I really like the BodyPump class. It is my favorite. The only tweak I would give is to start class on time and cut down the time between the songs so you finish on time.
I love the group exercise classes especially Dance Fitness. They allow me to engage with others while making a meaningful impact on my own personal goals. Also while making meaningful connections.
