Excellent customer service so friendly and helpful and clean! I just ask that heated up food does not occur up front nor cleaning cardio machines from 9am-7pm. It is hard to work out breathing in food smells and chemicals. Thank you so much for everything you do!!!

My experience so far has been very good. I have only been a member for 2 weeks so there is so much more to experience. I am impression with the professionalism of the trainers, the courtesy of the reception desk, the cleanliness of the facility and most of all the follow up of my personal trainer. The thing I look for is the ability of an organization to maintain the high level of services beyond the initial meeting.

Very clean, new equipment. Very attentive staff. Open 24 hours. Staff ask what they can do better. Veronica, the manager, always trying to improve the club and she is awesome. Rita, who works at the front desk is the most friendly, engaging employee.

Great gym, great new equipment - just wish people would wipe the machines after use - it’s the same people and most of them regulars. Maybe post a few signs asking people to wipe machines after use… and the trainers should make their clients do it during training sessions. Other than that - solid 10!
