Friendly staff and members. Equipment is well maintained. Your bathroom needs SERIOUS attention. Smells like a nightclub bathroom in there. Urinals, deodorizers not maintained, mirrors were filthy. The smell of urine is overwhelming. VERY Surprised!!!! You guys can do a much better job making members feel comfortable in the locker/ bathroom area.

I started at Club24 because of the convenient location, amenities, and layout of the machines. I feel like it’s been really easy to stay not only motivated in my own journey but also stay a loyal member because of how friendly and genuine all staff members are. As someone who always felt like they didn’t belong or shouldn’t take up space at a public gym, the hello’s and goodbye’s from staff are so appreciated - even if it seems like a small gesture!
