As a plus size girl I have always been anxious to go to a public gym. Since college is out for the summer where I would normally go. I thought it was time to try to go a gym closer to home and try to over come my fear. And I can say the staff have been welcoming and kind all smiles when I come in. It’s definitely a fresh air knowing I was able to go to a gym and not be judged about my size. It just made me and my confidence go up. Thank you Middletown team

I love gym24, one day I’m will come back but I have money issues. I have to fix it first. I can’t afford 104 dollars every two weeks. I have bills and rent to do. Thank you for amazing personal trainer over 2 years. Also thank to everyone.

I like Club 24 because it offers diverse workout options. I purchased a training program and am so glad I did! My trainer is very knowledgeable and is an exemplary leader. I also enjoy the options of the weight room, movie room (not as often but nice to have), cardio variety, and hydro-massage tables. I’m all in!
