I love the classes but my heart rate does not stay high enough throughout the class to count on my Fit Bit as activity. I most often leave class with zero activity minutes. This is due to long pauses or transitions between exercises. Shortening of the transition time would be great! I would like to have additional higher level classes available in the early morning hours but that is probably not likely to happen, therefore more intense options given during class for those who can handle it would also be great.
Katie’s class is so awesome I always feel stronger and better after her workout. She keeps me cognizant of my positioning and what muscles should be working etc so that I always stay in good alignment. Plus I love her jokes, voice and attitude. She makes it fun to exercise!
Instructors are motivating and know how to challenge us or modify for our needs. I feel successful after each workout, due in great part to the encouragement and guidance of the wonderful instructors. Front desk staff are so helpful and friendly!
