I just ran in for something I forgot, but my experience with Krisers has always been wonderful. I trust that all of the food they sell is healthy and good for my dog. The employees are always friendly. I love meeting the other dogs who are welcome in the store. It's a very welcoming environment.

I was going to leave my points for another day, and the associate told me they were about to expire. She didn't have to do that. She could have easily ignored it, not done the extra look, and I would have walked out without getting my $4 discount. But she said so, and I used that extra cash to buy some kitten items for the fundraiser. It's that type of customer service I really admire about the stores, and while I will shop at Kriser's vs. ordering online.

Highly recommend this store to everyone. My dog Clifton (husky lab mix) always goes in excited and leaves with the same smile. He always looks great after his grooming sessions and sometimes he gets a healthy snack afterwards. The staff is always welcoming and takes care of Clifton. Thanks as always
