What a wonderful pet store!! Everyone and I do me everyone there is nice!!! I not only shop for my dog at Kreisers on Clybourn I also have her groomed there. Heather is the best groomer who has ever made my Daisy look as she should. You can tell she loves dogs! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Very happy with the groomer that my dog has. She takes her time with my dog and does a great job. My only complaint would be on the rewards. The time limit to use is very short.

Every employee I’ve spoken with has been very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the products they carry. On my most recent visit, I asked several questions about a dog enrichment product and got thorough answers, even though they seemed busy and only had one person working the floor.

We eat homemade food but stop in sometimes for treats or a bone. Always a pleasure, pets are very welcomed here! I will say..one of my dogs is terrified of Petco but loves Krisers. That’s possibly a compliment from her?
