Krisers has a great selection of products and services. The staff is friendly and helpful, always outstanding! My dog is on a prescription diet but I can still find treats for him. His favorite bed is from Krisers too. Food, treats, toys, we both enjoy our visits to Krisers.

Kraisers staff is very knowledgeable on inventory and products. They remember me and are friendly. In addition, they donated 2 bags of food for a fundraiser I was working on. THANK YOU Lincoln Park Clybourn team!!!

We normally take our dog to the Kriser's in Andersonville, but we picked the Clybourn location based on appointment availability. Honestly? We might not go back to Andersonville. The same appointment/services that were 2 hours at Andersonville in February was a little over an hour at Clybourn. Heather was great. She helped navigate getting the right documentation around my dog's rabies vaccine, and called my vet's office like it was no big deal. She also offered more information about what to say and ask for when we get our dog's nails clipped in the future (even at other locations.)

Staff are friendly and very helpful, even when busy. Products sold in this store are quality items, and things not seen at other chain stores My dog's groomer is amazingly talented. Heather accomplished what everyone else had been unable to do for almost 2 years - she trimmed my dog's nails. All of them. I'm so impressed, and very grateful. Immediately booked more nail trims with her in the future. I will be back every month!

I’ve consistently had a great experience at this Kriser’s location on Clybourn. The staff here are kind, knowledgeable, skilled, and care about what they do. While my experiences at the Milwaukee & Concord location was not the same, I continue to bring my dog to the Clybourn for the exceptional care that they provide.
