Your service began quickly. I did not have to wait a week or longer. You provided advice on the type of equipment that would be needed.(ex commode). It is reassuring to have a nurse visit occasionally. Valuable information provided by Recha and Sarah. PSW’s are experienced and very capable.

The initial setup of services was very thorough and time was taken to explain the process detailing the first visit and then providing the detailed schedule for services requested. dealing withe care team for updates or changes was very simple and there was no wait time on the phone as calls were answered right away.

I was not personally present while we had The Nurse Next Door, but my husband was well looked after, and he was content. My daughter who was here was very pleased with the service. Also, all my phone calls were answered promptly and helpfully when I was setting up the service. So , I will certainly recommend The Nurse Next Door.

Nurse Next Door provides extremely professional services, from the administration and management to the actual personal care that they provide to their elderly clientele. Kara has been taking care of my mom, who is 86 and suffers with dementia, for months now. My mom always recognizes her and is so happy to see her arrive when it’s her “day with Kara”. We really appreciate all that Richa and Kara have done to make all of lives easier!
