I like that the staff is very efficient and are positive that the work they are doing is cutting edge and respect me as their guinea pig in fulfilling their scientific theory.

Nice people-sadly with the office hours only people who are not working can participate in studies. It would be nice to see evening hours or Saturday morning hours.
