The staff is great!! Everyone that I've come in contact with have been so nice, personable and professional. They take time with you and explain the Study very well. This was the 2nd Study that I completed and will definitely do another one when asked.

The staff are friendly as well as professional and efficient, so it’s always a good experience at the office or by phone. It feels good to take part in studies that are necessary for the future health and safety of the public (or maybe even my own loved ones). Participation in clinical research is a place where my practical, intellectual parts and my spiritual and ethical parts come together, and that’s valuable to me.
