I worked with Sarah Collins to sell my house in Megnin Farms, and it was a great experience from start to finish. I have been building a new home for the past 3 years, and I began working with Sarah probably a year and a half ago when I thought I might be ready to discuss selling my current house. Post-COVID supply chain issues, as well as local issues with homebuilding, continued to extend my timeline, and Sarah was patient and helpful all along the way. Ultimately, we prepped, listed, and sold my current home with absolutely no problems. My agent was Meghan Dabulewicz. The property she sold was a riverfront lot with unusual aspects and characteristics. It was a very difficult property to assess and market. Ms Dabulewicz tried multiple marketing techniques and prices to determine a true value and find potential buyers. Her work continued for about two years. Ms Dabulewicz's efforts to sell the property were as determined and dedicated as her efforts to sell properties worth many times the value of the lot. In addition, Ms Dabulewicz was a delight to work with. She was always pleasant. Her status summaries were accurate and candid. Following her recommendations resulted in the sale of this atypical lot. I highly recommend Ms Dabulewicz to anyone seeking a highly competent, hard-working agent.
