The Mechanic working on my rear tubeless flat tired showed me as well as explained; as to why I continued to have leaks on it. Apparently, there was not enough fluid in it to to seal it. And to make my experience even better, The Mechanic took the time to show me the fluid I needed as well as the tool to do myself at home and how frequently it is recommended. Thank you so much.

Service team is fantastic. I have a very negative view of the steel brand and was hesitant on going to the store. I ended up going since they are the closest bike store and have been pleasantly surprised. I have now gone there for multiple repairs on several bikes and the service team has been great.
