I was riding in the TD 5-Boro bike tour last weekend and procrastinated bringing my bike in for a check up before the ride. I showed up 2 days before. The team at Trek was very busy (as expected) and said they would try and fix a few things (including brake pads) on my bike before the ride. I wasn't sure if it would get done, since I dropped it off last minute. I wish I got the name of person who helped me but he was incredibly kind and helpful. I got new brake pads and final touches on my bike and it came in so handy on my 40-mile ride (through the rain). I felt very taken care of and really appreciate the extra time taken in their busy schedule to fix my bike.

I must say purchasing my new carbon trek bike from Cobble Hill Trek was one on the best experiences of my life (I wish buying a new new car was this pleasant). Ive been searching for a new bike for the past few weeks online and couldn't find exactly what i was looking for so I figured I would just walk into the local bike store close to my job and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. As i walked in I was immediately greeted by Andrew and at the same time I saw the the bike i was looking for and it was on sale!!! Andrew than proceeded to explain every detail about the the bike and I was completely sold! Andrew also talked me into a kick stand and when I picked up the bike the following day after it was prepped, Andrew was able to match a sale price from Trek website which saved me a trip to another store. It was a pleasure doing business with Cobble Hill Trek Bike Shop in Brooklyn NY.
