They're very kids friendly. My son is ADHD and can be alot at times but they never make him feel any different. The sensays are very understanding and patient. Great place!
i love the program but for time difference for Jr is about 15 mins and price is the same as regular. So that doesn't make since. Also they don't mind he comes early so that is cool. I recommend code ninjas but their audience is going to be parents that are able to afford the prices that they have put out for the materials they have. Honestly it's too high for a person like me so that puts the market at a market mid-range. So I'm only glad that I can't afford one lesson a week that I can't afford and like I get more out of it than it would be cool but I don't have a lot of money to sit there and spend on Coding. I wish it wasn't so expensive for just one lesson a week. Or even two lessons they really should think about how they should package is a little bit better especially the time.
In class work and reporting progress and tracking schedule online are excellent.

1. Need some exercised to practice at home or extra lab hours.
Both my kids are learning programming at Code Ninjas. We really like the curriculum structure, self phased learning, flexible schedules & math ninjas club offered at Code Ninjas Stone Ridge. My elders one completed JR Program & he is on his Green Belt in Create GDP, while my younger one is about to complete Scratch and will be soon on to Create Impact!!!
Both have improved on their analytical thinking, problem solving and leadership skills. They get to discuss problems with high school Sensei’s who have done their AP credits in Computer Science (Java, JS & Python), this gives a good platform for them to listen and learn while sharing their creative thinking to solve a problem during the Dojo session.
Overall, we are happy about the Dojo & Center experience at Code Ninjas Stone Rige, VA.
Very nice multi belt program and good instruction. The only problem is that there are too many subparts in each level and it takes a long time to advance to beginning programming. With limited time during the year, it would be difficult to complete all the parts of the first two levels. Also the monthly cost is high.
My son likes the activities he is doing at Code Ninjas. He is very focused each time he is there and has plenty of help when he gets stuck. Josh had been a great teacher for him.
