The staff is great. The instructors that we have encountered so far have been friendly and meeting the needs of my son. I was worried my son would be on the computer playing games the whole time. They are also very receptive to parental input and explaining how code ninja works. My son has shown improvement at home in reading a booklet instructions and constructing his play from that. Ty
