It could be even better if parents received updates for tracking the student's progress through the levels. Also, send out an email when a student achieves a new level & what he will be learning in that new level.

Flexibility of scheduling is the biggest positive. Staff are helpful and make my child feel comfortable. He learns a lot and continues to enjoy it after a year and a half of attending.
