Al Unser put together a folder of information that showed comparable prices of houses that were on the market and/or sold to explain the listing price of our home. It was very detailed and explained how much the house should be priced based on numerous factors. Al also listened to our input and concerns and price expectations and allowed us to be a part of the house selling decision rather than being just a bystander. He also communicated with us on a weekly basis with updates and communications with other agents working with their clients to view our house. He never hesitated or made us wait to answer any questions that we had. We are very pleased with our decision to hire Al as our real estate agent.

Open honest communication. He frequently would drive out to the property (25+ minutes away) to check on heat in the winter, cleaning condition, or general status updates. He scheduled and coordinated repairs to ease burden for us the sellers. Overall very pleasant guy, top notch class IMO.

While I was living in CA waiting for Pulte to complete my new built home, Al acted as my eyes and ears on the progress the builders were making on completing the home. He would go out to the home and take pictures to let me know how things were going, and he would stop by to speak to Sue Goheen, the Pulte Real Estate agent on-site, to check on any problems the builders were having, especially with the supply chain issues. As far as I am concerned, Al Unser was the best agent I could have retained as he was always working for me to make certain this purchase of a new built home would happen.
