Alicia Rucker was great! In a difficult market, on very short notice, she was able to show us way more houses than we had thought would be possible in a day trip. She answered all our questions and was very thorough. She made a very short househunting trip enjoyable and a great success. We were able to purchase the house of our dreams, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Alicia. All interactions with her were pleasant and very helpful. She is a true professional and extremely good at her job. We couldn’t have been happier! Eva Jackson, her transaction coordinator, however, was not very helpful. Multiple times interactions with her were extremely frustrating and I ended up having to go straight to Alicia to get my questions answered instead of Eva. But regardless of my interactions with Eva, Alicia was so great that I would still go to her again.
