I reached out to Amanda Bond due to her reputation as being very accessible and responsive to out-of-state buyers. She exceeded my expectations with her willingness to do remote video tours and answer questions via phone call or text with little delay. When I found a house I wanted to make an offer on, she proved again her value with great market research. After the offer was accepted, she advocated strongly on my behalf, negotiating several significant concessions from the seller, all while keeping the closing on schedule. Having worked with other real estate agents, during normal non-pandemic times, Amanda far and away delivered the best experience. Would work again with her without reservation for my next real estate transaction.
