Avery is THE MAN when it comes to selling and buying a house. He was fantastic, always answered our questions promptly and completely. I feel like we probably put him through the ringer with our situation, but he's a pro, no nonsense, and knows his stuff inside and out. I cannot recommend Avery enough!

Avery Meizner was amazing! He didn't give up on me and my mom when other realtors did. He was always available when we needed him , he gave feedback when we were house hunting which we loved. He understood our price range and never tried to convince us to change it. Avery was patient and very kind! He's a wonderful realtor and his expertise, consistency and motivation was incredible! If anyone asks me if I know a good realtor I will always refer them to Avery at Coldwell Banker. Going far and beyond for a purchaser means more than you know! Avery was amazing. I mean really. From start to finish he was there every step of the way. From negotiation to post-close. I think we saw at least 30+ houses. Maybe more. He was always enthusiastic, but also pragmatic. He let me form my own opinions, but steered me away from trouble. That is a very difficult skill. Yes, 100%, I’m already recommending Avery to a handful of other interested homebuyers.
