I can only speak about my own experience with Bill Norman. What began as a house hunt for my sister one and 1/2 years ago turned into a new home in a new county other than ZI had been living in. Bill consistently sent us new listings in our price range and that met in many ways our criteria. He was always willing to get us showings of all we might find interest in as well as friendly guidance in navigating the waters of home purchasing in every way possible throughout the entire process. He helped us see the pros and cons that were not obvious in evaluating a home for our needs. Bill exceeded my expectations in every way. Coldwell Banker should be so proud of Bill Norman.

Bill Norman went above and beyond what it took to sell our home. He took the time to understand the market as well as our home and property. While living in another state from the property, we always felt it was in good hands and taken care of. Selling a home is taunting task, but Bill has extensive knowledge in the field, which he used to walk us through the process. We highly recommend using Coldwell Banker/Legacy and Bill Norman.
