Carol was wonderful! I live out of state and was selling a house I inherited from my aunt. Carol went above and beyond to assist me in selling my aunts house. She checked on the property and found trustworthy repair people to address the issues needed to complete the sale and acted as my advocate. I was in constant communication with Carol and she served as a good sounding board to bounce ideas off of and offered sound advice.
