Cheryl Kane was awesome! I will be buying again soon and hope to utilize Cheryl as my agent! My buyer was a service man overseas and Cheryl fought thru all of the small bugs that can occur through such a transaction. She followed my progress once the home went into contract to insure repairs were complete and to offer suggestions to any possible challenges. I felt she worked as a team member for my sale. She also offered resources when needed. Resources that would have cost me great time or additional money if I did not have her assistance. She also made suggestions that would benefit me during the entire process to include financial decisions. I never felt alone after the contract was initiated. I never felt as if the deal was complete and she was moving on to new endeavors. She absolutely followed through in every way. You will be making a mistake if you do not work with a realtor with so much commitment and heart!
