We interviewed several 'top' realtors and chose Daniel over them because of his energy and positive outlook on our home. He saw that to us it was more than a 'property' it was our home that we invested a lot of blood sweat and tears and had come to love. Daniel saw this and more importantly read the market better than any of the other brokers. To his absolute credit he poured a lot of time and effort into our listing. He was always quick to answer our questions and personally help out where other, less customer centric realtors would have responded 'I might know someone you can call'. His energy, enthusiasm and market knowledge netted us $20k more than any other realtor wanted to even list for! You may sell a little quicker with someone else, but not for higher! My advice is you give him every opportunity to do for you what he did for us, you won't be disappointed.
