I am not sure about the rest of everybody else at Coldwell Banker but Davina Lawson is the most amazing human being! She is exceptionally intelligent when it comes to Real Estate. She made the process as easy as possible. This was my first home and she spent an entire year with me teaching me about the market, shopping for houses, and showing me the ropes even before I was ready. She put absolutely no pressure on me and recognized I would be her income in time! Ha ha. In fact, if she opened her own place called "Let's be Real: Real Estate with Davina Lawson", I'd buy a new house just to have her and I'd watch that morning talk show with my coffee every day. And I don't even drink coffee that's how good she is. Need I mention, the house warming gift from her was in fact a coffee maker. Naturally.

Davina was highly recommended by my daughter and son-in-law. She had helped them with several purchases and sold their home as well. I didn't even consider any other realtor as they spoke so highly of her. I'm so glad I didn't look anywhere else. Davina was a wonderful realtor. She didn't hesitate to roll up her sleeves and do any work that was needed. She was kind and considerate and was willing to offer her opinion, but didn't force any decision on me. My son-in-law said, "Do whatever Davina tells you, because she is the only realtor I trust completely". My home sold for full asking price with cash. I knew I was in good hands and that she would always have my best interest in mind. It's a big deal to sell a home you have lived in and invested in for 33 years and I knew I could trust Davina to do well by me. She was always willing to go the extra mile in any communication with me and the buyer. I was glad I didn't have to read all the fine print as she was willing to explain each document to me. She made a difficult process, easy and doable and I would use her again if ever needed. I will also be recommending her to any of my friends we they begin to consider selling their home. A+ Davina!!!!!
