Deb worked hard throughout the process. She always made sure the house and yard looked nice for showings, she worked well with other realtors and always had open communication with us. When we were under contract she got estimates for repairs and was willing to meet contractors at the house if needed. She did whatever needed to be done throughout the sale of our home.

She led from initial search to selection of the right property to representing us with the listing broker. Always offering advice and help for any need and in any way possible, even when not directly related to this purchase. She made countless trips to our new home to facilitate the various inspections and successfully handled negotiations for the few items that turned up needing attention. My experience working with Deb Redford on the sale of my home exceeded my expectations. She clearly explained each step of the process, she worked closely with me on showings, and she was available to me when I had questions. She ALWAYS returned calls, emails, or texts. She made it clear to me that this sale process was a team effort. Additionally, Deb went above and beyond her duties as my realtor after closing when the new buyer discovered that the Water Authority had mistakenly turned off the water at the house. Deb stayed several hours with the buyer until the Water Authority showed up to turn the water on. It was important to her that the transition for the new (first time) buyer was also a good experience. I highly recommend anyone selling their home, or purchasing a new home, to have Deb Redford on their team.

We've worked with Deb Redford to both buy and sell our current home and we wouldn't work with anyone else. She's been amazing from start to finish and anticipated all our needs as well as making everything so smooth even if the middle of a pandemic (buying our house in 2020) and managing and negotiating multiple offers in a red hot market (selling in 2022). She helped us buy at 15% under the original list price and we accepted an offer at 10% above list within 18 hours after our house hit the market. She is a joy to work with and really gets results!
