Diana Costales is consummate professionaland dedicated real estate agent. This was our fourth transaction with Diana and she problem solved the whole way through. In this tough market, we felt assured that everything would work out because we had Diana on our side. She went above and beyond giving us options for short-term housing while we searched to find our new home. Thankfully, she provided us with air mattresses and sheets, when we had to wait for household goods delivery. Even now she is recycling our moving boxes so we don’t have to make trips to the dump. I can confidently say that I will never use another real estate agent besides Diana. She is knowledgeable, thorough and just simply amazing!

Diana kept us abreast of everything going on and what we needed to do next in the process. She answered any questions we had and made herself available based on our busy schedule. I am not sure how much the broker and the lender talk to one another but I think that would be the only improvement I would say would be helpful as there were some misunderstandings throughout the process between the two parties. Other than that, our experience was great!
