Diana kept us abreast of everything going on and what we needed to do next in the process. She answered any questions we had and made herself available based on our busy schedule. I am not sure how much the broker and the lender talk to one another but I think that would be the only improvement I would say would be helpful as there were some misunderstandings throughout the process between the two parties. Other than that, our experience was great!

Diana really did her homework on determining an asking price for the Ruffles Lane lot. She reviewed sales of comparable lots in our area and evaluated the property tax value to determine an asking price for the lot. She kept in contact with us on any activity on the lot and sent regular reports. The sale of the lot only took two weeks and she worked with the buyer's agent to make the cash sale transaction proceed quickly.
