I have no idea about the services provided by Coldwell Banker Legacy, but Diana has to be by far the best agent in the company. She went well above and beyond expectations. Quite frequently she even had to cover for the listing agent who seemed either clueless or unmotivated to do his job.
Diana was in constant communication with us, but not overbearing. This was especially helpful given our frequent business trips out of town.
We don't anticipate having to see our house nor buying another home, but if we do, Diana will be the only agent we will call.

Diana Pérez performed beyond our highest expectations. She knows the laws governing the industry and is a people person. No matter the time or day, she responded to inquiries promptly. Since 2019 when I met Diana through a USAA program, she has been extraordinarily amazing. She is the hardest working realtor and person I have ever met. Her communication skills and ability to get to YES for her customers and those she represents was outstanding. She kept me informed throughout the full selling process and I appreciate every little penny she helped my wife and I save in the middle of planning a move. She was able to connect me with another company/program that assisted us financially. Courtney was also amazing and although she was introduced late to "the party", she never missed a beat like I told her. We appreciate everything these two phenomenal ladies did for us.
