Diane Diaz is easy and fun to work with. As a buyer, I found she makes every effort to show properties in your timeframe. If, for some reason, she is not available she arranges for someone on her team to show properties. Once you find the property you feel you can't live without she is very intelligent and offers creative ideas to include with your offer in order for your offer to stand out. When your offer is accepted she has a wonderful and skilled team for property inspections. Her communications with all involved are superior and positive. Diane's assistance doesn't stop after closing. If your property needs repairs and/or updates she also has great contacts she shares. I highly recommend Diane and the Coldwell Banker Legacy team.
