Elena was fast and efficient. Our home sold within a month. Elena guided us professionally with getting our home ready for showing. We were extremely pleased with the offer amt we received. Elena has an amazing energy. She worked hard behind the scenes to make sure all the legal work was completed appropriately and on time for closing. The buyer’s representative seemed to be either scattered or inexperienced, so Elena kept the sale on track with them and everything moved along smoothly. She is absolutely great!

Elana was so professional and accurate in the market analysis that she provided to help us determine our houses market value. Through out our time of working with Elana we found her to be motivating and so encouraging as we prepared our home for sale. Her marketing analysis of our home provided the opportunity to sell with in one day of putting it on market. In addition to great marketing, her advice helped us to determine just what work needed to complete to sell the house verses things that would have not helped the house market better. This saved us time and money while allowing us to get the most dollar value from our home. Her communication was excellent and kept us up to date with each step of the sale. Elena was amazing! As a first time home buyer I was terrified and had no idea what I was doing. I’m so glad I had Elena as my realtor to guide me through everything. I just had a privilege of working with Elena Taff as my buying and selling agent . Elena is very professional and knowledgeable realtor , she definitely knows the real estate business. She was able to find my dream house after just listening to my specification for about ten minutes. After dealing with several other brokers in the area and being disappointed I felt lucky to have Elena Taff on my side.
