I lived in Indiana when looking, buying, and closing on my townhome in Las Cruces. Eli was very easy to work with. He'd meet my son &/or daughter-in-law to walk through several different homes and when I lost out on a home to another buyer, he was always positive and encouraging and assured me the right home would come along... and it did. Appreciated his positive outlook and willingness to work with a buyer from out of state throughout the entire process.

Eli was 1 of 2 Realtors that were recommended by Coldwell Banker/USAA. Eli was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about our house and neighborhood even though had just came back from a family Disney vacation the day earlier that day. Immediately won us over... we had just PCS'd and were not in the area to handle the sale, luckily Eli had our back... and took care of EVERYTHING... we received two offers within a week... amazing results. You want this guy on your team!
