Erika was amazing in all aspects of purchasing our home. She was fantastic at arranging our home viewings making it so easy to find our dream house. She was quick to respond to all.of our many questions with such patience and understanding. If she didn't have the answer she was quick to get the answer and update us. She even added a personal touch providing us a welcome mat and goody basket at closing. I will use her again and highly recommend her to anyone.

From my perspective, I didn’t experience anything with Coldwell Banker as a buyer, my interaction was through Erika. I can say the thing Coldwell Banker did great was higher Erika Pena. It was her professionalism and attitude that made this process easier for me and my family! The market is crazy and the opportunities were sparse, but we were able to find a home that had great potential!

Erika was great!! She really helped walk me through the whole process so that I understood everything and felt comfortable doing all of it! Also, she was very patient with me and helped me find the home I didn't even know that I wanted! I would 10/10 recommend her because I never had any doubt that she had my best interests at heart while looking for houses to show me!

As a first-time homebuyer, the home buying process (especially in 2022) can be overwhelming and stressful, but Erika made the entire process easy! I had to learn a lot very quickly, so she came to my house and walked me through the ENTIRE process. She has a background as a teacher, so educating a person on an entirely new subject comes naturally to her. She has a lot of grit. I had a specific list of needs and made several offers that I did not get (mostly due to all-cash offers taking houses instead). However, even with that, she persevered. We eventually found the PERFECT home. The neighborhood is amazing, a fully custom build, and she got me into it before it was even listed on the public market! She's a great person, very personable and friendly, and she genuinely cares about her community. I trust her and she spoke to me like a friend. I fully recommend her.
