Gary was prompt to all the house showings. He explained buying a house in words l could understand. He was always on top of the documents that needed reviewed and signed. I’m 60 and owned only 1 other home. Gary helped me SO MUCH l am so THANKFUL!!
My experience with Gary was AWESOME, PROFESSIONAL, VERY PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING! Gary has years of expertise and that is refreshing!

the sale was prompt. We had a buyer in 8 days on the market. Complications were explained and handled efficiently. Gary helped smooth over any buyers issues and was VERY supportive and helpful in their resolutions.
It was unusual for our agent to also represent the buyer, not sure if this was in the best interest of both. But, it all worked well and we where happy with the results.

Our realtor was Gary Riedel. We met him at an open house and did not have a realtor. He was willing and able to take us on. He not only helped us buy a new house, he helped us sell the old one. And old it was! However, with input from Gary on what needed to be updated, and a little staging, we got our old house sold! Gary held open houses almost every weekend until it was sold. He kept us up-to-date on everything he was doing to sell the house and everyone and anyone that had stopped by. He had them fill out little questionnaires and we would go over them later in dealing with and resolving whatever comments the potential buyers left. We really needed someone like him. What a wealth of information! We now have a friend for life with Gary and his wife Tricia. We will recommend him whenever we can!
