Gina was knowledgable about the area and market, friendly, and prompt to each viewing and closing. I had an issue with storing my home goods while waiting for closing and she proposed a solution that really saved me. We had a short window for my relocation and she was essential to keep everyone in the process on schedule. Even the banker was impressed with how she kept everyone informed about the next step. If it weren’t for the seller and title company, we could have actually closed in less than 3 weeks! I would very strongly recommend Gina and Coldwell Banker to anyone looking for a home in Albuquerque.

Gina is a perfect realtor. She is helpful but never pushy. Always kind and encouraging. She goes above and beyond to be sure every step in the process goes smoothly. We were fortunate to find her with our first house in the area and have considered using only her for the next four houses and will continue to call on her for any real estate purchases or sales in the future. She is simply the best.
