Greg's knowledge of the real estate market in Sandia Heights and his professional attitude won our confidence. Every stage of the process from pricing, through staging (Molly Roberts), photography (Angelo Ferreira), publicity (Mitch Wells), coordination of showings, open house, and sorting through offers contributed to a very successful outcome. Greg Lobberegt was our Realtor from Coldwell Banker Legacy. He and his team including Bridget Haggerty do an outstanding job helping you get your home on the market and get it sold quickly. We talked on Tuesday and our house was staged and pictures taken and listed on Friday and sold in one week! He has systems in place that keep you updated instantly on showings and even feedback from showings. The whole process was simple and elegant...and this was our 7th house in 5 states so we have a lot to compare it to. This was by far the easiest and the most professional. And we're in the middle of a pandemic, by the way! I was even a mortgage professional for many years and have worked with hundreds of Realtors and I have no problem recommending Greg and the Coldwell Banker Legacy group. There is always stress in buying or selling a home but this team does their best to make it as easy as possible. They answer your calls and emails and texts right away. You are never left wondering what is going on. They explain everything all along the way and that takes a whole lot of stress off the table. Last but not least, the "kicker" in all of this was that Greg was the seller's agent when we bought the house in 2015. And we loved how he and his team handled everything when we bought the house and even afterward. We received all kinds of calendars, and notepads and pens, and a list of service providers in case we needed something done. He regularly kept in touch all throughout the time we lived in the house. You just don't find that kind of dedication very often which is why it is such a pleasure to write this review. A Big Thank You to everyone involved in the sale of our home! You are all the BEST!
