Additionally, we had some special circumstances related to the sale, being a non-profit organization that was selling a house. It turned out that we were going to have to put a lot more money into it than we thought or could manage, but Janie had great ideas and found us a buyer for the house as it was. She was always encouraging and honest with information. She's also just a super nice person! And she bakes yummy choc chip cookies!
