We used the services of Jason and Bree to sell a house and purchase another house. Their expertise in helping us prepare our house, market our house, and close the sale was nothing short of outstanding. Their assistance in buying another house was also outstanding. We provided them with a list of our requirements and preferences and they quickly found a house that matched our desires. They were extremely diligent in getting everything needed to get us to closing. They never pushed us to compromise in either transaction. When we had questions, they were very helpful and prompt in getting answers; when there was research to be done, it was done thoroughly. We felt that they represented us in a first-rate fashion!

I had already heard that Jason was an awesome realtor because he helped both my granddaughters buy their first houses, and he helped my granddaughter's new husband sell his house. So he came highly recommended, and I didn't consider hiring any other realtor when it came time to sell my condo. He exceeded my expectations! He read the market correctly and thus helped us to price the condo just right, He was quick to communicate with us during the entire process, and saved us a lot of trouble by negotiating skillfully with the buyer. We were able to close in record time at a price that exceeded our asking price. I would happily recommend Jason to any buyer or seller looking for a realtor.

I am an out of state buyer. Christian Van Damme met me at the airport, took me to see homes I had identified on Zillow, plus one that was soon to come to the market. When my offer did not go through, she found me another house, based on what she learned from touring houses with me. The purchase went smoothly because she was always available to answer questions, show up for inspections, etc. I haven't moved in yet, but I really appreciate Christian's commitment to outstanding service!
