Jean is very thorough and not only points out all the good in a house, but helps you to see what you may missed or not noticed. She is courteous and professional. But also genuine and friendly. Jean pays attention and listens carefully to what you say and can determine what you like about houses so that she can better direct you to the home you'll love. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for " just right" house for you.

Jean Kolysko was the real estate agent that we needed as first time home buyers. My wife and I had just moved from out of state to relocate for a new job and needless to say we were fish out of water in the high desert. Jean knew the lay of the land--from neighborhoods, to facts and figures, to the personnel around town (other real estate agents from competing companies--which came in handy), and the minute details that we did not--what to look for on an inspection and how to evaluate properties. Without her we probably would not have been able to find our dream home. Her years of experience, savvy, knack and intuition that benefitted us throughout the home buying experience.

Jean and Abigayle were amazing. Supportive, stepped us through the entire process. Dropped the sign and next day added SOLD. Priced us competitively, staged the home providing props. Used an amazing photographer for still photography which showed the home in a warm, inviting setting. Jean kept us updated timely with any concerns or buyer info. Closing took 10 minutes - handed over the keys. Awesome experience! We went with Jean and team as every sign in our neighborhood with her name on it also sported a SOLD sign. We wanted that success! Jean is a resident and very familiar with the Rio Rancho area making her an easy choice for selling our home. She had the home sold prior to the sign going up! Again, excellent experience - no others to choose - call Jean! Very satisfied customer!!! JCB
