We just closed on our house and as sellers represented by Jill Stafford of Coldwell Banker Legacy. We can’t speak more highly of Jill’s help and professionalism during the entire process. Jill is a doer. She went way beyond the norm and helped us in so many areas with the tasks needed to get our home ready for the market. Her help was especially appreciated since my wife was recovering from hip surgery and her mobility was limited. She helped with packing - a lot! She personally made trips to the paint and hardware stores to get supplies for cleaning, patching and painting the walls. She is a perfectionist and worked endlessly on getting the paint color and texture right so it matched the rest of the walls. She arranged handymen to come and do repairs and even bought parts for the broken outdoor faucet at the grill. Jill is a true professional, keeping all the paperwork up to date and reminding us at every turn how various decisions would be impacted by the regulations - so very helpful. When the house went on the market, she brought various decor items to improve the showings. There were some bumps in the road as one buyer backed out of the contract but Jill encouraged us to make some changes and we got a winning, closing offer within 24 hours of putting it back on the market. So, if you are looking for a professional, courteous, hard working, multi-skilled, well-informed, experienced realtor, look no further than Jill Stafford. More than highly recommended. Six stars.

Jill did such a good job reviewing our home and recommending improvements prior to us listing the house. She never put any pressure on us and waited for us to make the decision.
