Jim and Deb Mundell went above and beyond to give us peace of mind in selling our property while we were out of the country. They coordinated all the repairs and dealt with the myriad of contractors on our behalf to ensure quick completion of the jobs, and they communicated with us frequently so we never felt out of the loop. Mr. Mundell was nothing but honest, helpful, friendly, and professional. He always kept us informed about the status of our property, and wenever felt like a bother or burden to him. I always felt as though Mr. Mundell had our best interests in mind as we navigated renting - and eventually selling - our home. If I had 50 properties to sell, I would want to have Mr. Mundell represent us for each one!

I feel like the company provides the frame around the presentation of a home that’s being sold. Coldwell name is very attractive in the market and a great place to showplace your home. Our realtor, Jim Mundell, we used both in the purchase of our home and now the selling of our home. He is honest, respectful, and very knowledgeable about the market. Jim pays close attention to details that matter the most to you. We were blessed financially. This is how I describe being blessed going in and coming out of a home.
